Starting blocks for different starting techniques

Starting from the blocks might seem like an easy task, in reality it requires technique and balance so as not to compromise the start and consequently the race more generally.
First thing in a speed sports training is to identify the foot of the start, this to correctly place the athletic starting blocks. Very useful for the development of the correct technique is the proof of the departure from the various possible positions: prone, supine or collected. Then many exercises concern the development of the speed, the initial step and the balance in the starting phase. Finally add the starting blocks, first only the front block, then both blocks trying to figure out how to exploit the push of the feet against the blocks.

Relay batons

Also with regard to the relay batons there are regulations to be followed regarding the material, weight, length and circumference of this tool for some disciplines of athletics.
