Exercise activities that involve children usually include movements aimed at improving motor skills and coordination. These are simple exercises that involve running, jumping and flipping. However, the various exercises require psychomotor material from time to time always different according to the exercise to be developed.
Gymnastics teachers, in order to involve children and boys in physical activity, need to create short motor paths in which alternate various exercises of slalon between the cones, jumping small obstacles, leaps within circles and ball games. Testing all motor and coordination activities requires the development of motor paths for children complete.
